- You must ask at reception when you check-in.

- Yes, we will be able to store your luggage at no additional charge.
- How many floors are there in the building? Is there a lift?
- The building has several floors; the guesthouse is on the second floor and there is a lift.
- Does the room have air-conditioning? Does it work all year round?
- Yes, there is independent air-conditioning and heating in each room.
- Do the rooms have a balcony? Can I book one?
- There are some rooms with a balcony that you can request.
- Does the building have disabled access?
- Unfortunately, due of the age of the building, it is not accessible for disabled guests.
- Can I park my car in a safe area?
- The Hostal Prim is close to many public car parks that are only about 3 minutes on foot.
- Is there an Internet terminal with access to e-mail in the hotel for guests?
- No, although guests have free Wi-Fi Internet access.
- What languages do they speak at reception?
- Spanish and English.
